3. Add additional exposure through the use of a professional signage
and lockbox
4. Promote your home at the company sales meeting
5. Advertise your home to the local board of Realtors via email blast
and news letters and listing hot sheets
6. Use Social Media Technologies like Facebook, Twitter, Linkin and
more to maximize your homes exposure.
7. Update you to changes in the market, competing listings, new
sales, or interest rates, ask for price improvements at scheduled
intervals
8. Personally call or email our Database of thousands of past clients,
current home buyers and spheres of influence in search of great
buyer for your home
9. Follow up with the salespeople that have shown your home for
their feedback and response, report the results to you by email
10. Represent you in all offer presentations to negotiate the best
possible price and terms
11. Handle all the follow up upon a contract being accepted, all
mortgage, title and other closing procedures, and deliver your
check after closing



The following steps are your responsibility throughout
the sales process:


1. Report all non-lockbox showings to me by email for timely follow-up
and dispose of the cards
2. Maintain the property in showing condition, both inside and out,
throughout the process
3. Review all information provided to you about neighborhood activity
and showing feedback to stay informed on market conditions
4. Call me with all of your questions and when you need supplies;

5. Be honest with me about your motivation and time frame; I am

6. Agree to act on feedback and market changes with appropriate
price improvements; pricing ahead of market trends is critical
